Shipping Region
At this time, Yoomii only ships within Canada.
We are currently focused on serving customers across Canada, but we hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $65 CAD.
For orders under $65 CAD, a flat shipping fee of $10 CAD will be applied at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order total before taxes and discounts.
Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days depending on your location within Canada.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package directly through the shipping carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact our support team.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
Yoomii is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.
Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
