To start a return, contact us at support@yoomiishop.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

The item must be in the original packaging and condition, otherwise we can not refund your purchase. We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your returned item of your refund status.

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit.
