Enjoy free shipping across Canada on all orders over CAD $65 (before tax and after discounts). For orders below this amount, a CAD $10 shipping fee will apply.

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

If your order has not yet been processed, please contact our online customer service to update product quantities or the shipping address.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be modified or replaced.

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” (or a similar status) but you haven’t received your package, please contact customer service within 7 days.
If the package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer (such as name, address, or missing building/unit details), change of address, customer absence, unregistered property management, or failure to cooperate with courier investigations, Yoomii will not be liable for compensation.
In such cases, the return shipping fee, original shipping cost, and any loss in product value due to expiry will be deducted. The remaining balance will be refunded within 5–10 business days.
If you wish to have the package re-shipped, a CAD $15 (before tax) re-shipping fee will apply.
Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return request is approved, please ensure the item is sent back to our warehouse within 30 days of that request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
1. In the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
1. Personal items such as underwear, swimsuits, sports bras, socks, pantyhose, or leggings — for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Used, damaged, or contaminated items that cannot be resold.
3. Beauty products that have been opened or used.
4. Food, cosmetic contact lenses, and diapers (unless defective).
5. Complimentary gifts or non-product items included with an order.
6. Requests made more than 15 days after the delivery date.
7. Custom or personalized items.
8. Items where the model or serial number does not match the original purchase record.
9. Returns not communicated to Yoomii within 30 days of delivery.

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

The maximum shipping weight per order is 11 kg (25 lbs).
For packages exceeding this limit, Yoomii reserves the right to adjust the order quantity, cancel the order, or charge additional shipping fees.
