• All domestic orders within Canada are shipped via Shippie or UPS, depending on the destination, package size, and order weight.

• Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier operations.

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or customs inspections.

🚨 If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact customer service within 7 days.

🚨 If a package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, change of address, customer absence, or failure to cooperate with courier investigations, Yooomii is not liable for compensation. In such cases, return shipping, original shipping, and any product loss due to expiry will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 5–10 business days. Re-shipping is available for a CAD $15 (before tax) fee.
